The Berry Lemon Thyme Fizz is a refreshing effervescent cocktail with beautiful berry notes complimented by the savoury aromatics of thyme. Enjoy 1, 2 or even three of these lovely cocktails at your next picnic.
One
Grab a cocktail shaker and place in the leaves from 1 thyme sprig plus the berries and muddle.
Two
Add gin, simple syrup and ice to the shaker and shake until a nice frost has built up on the outside of the shaker.
Three
Strain into an ice filled cocktail glass, top with soda and garnish with the remaining thyme leaf.
