Method:
- Add spiced rum, fresh lemon juice, cinnamon syrup and a dash of orange bitters into a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Lightly dust with cinnamon and garnish with a small orange twist or mini cross piped in icing on the foam (if you're feeling extra).
