The Negroni is a refreshingly bitter cocktail often served before a meal as an Aperitif. Originating in Italy, it’s an incredibly easy cocktail to make with equal parts gin, orange liqueur and vermouth. Whip this stiff drink up as a pre-meal treat at your next dinner party.
Grab a mixing vessel and pour in the gin, orange liqueur, vermouth and ice. Stir until everything is nice and cold.
Strain into a cocktail glass, pop in a few large ice cubes and garnish with an orange wedge.
