Incredibly quick to satisfy, the Whisky Sour is a classic cocktail invented by English sailors in the 18th century. This cocktail is the perfect mix of silky goodness and edgy sharpness. Whip this treat up at your next cocktail party and impress your friends.
One:
Grab a cocktail shaker and add simple syrup, whisky (or bourbon), lemon juice and egg white. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds without ice.
Two:
Add ice to your shaker and shake for a further 30 seconds.
Three:
Strain into your favourite cocktail glass, put in a few dashes of bitters and garnish with a lemon wedge.
