The Bleasdale Wild Fig Shiraz Grenache Mourvedre is an exquisite blend of 67% Shiraz, 23% Grenache, and 10% Mourvedre. Aged for 6 months in French oak puncheons and stainless steel, this wine balances freshness and complexity. It has an opaque dark red-black core with a dark red hue. The nose is greeted with dark raspberry and liquorice aromas, intertwined with vanillin confectionery, scorched earth, and pepper notes. The mid-weight palate showcases juicy liquorice and dark raspberry fruits, underpinned by scorched earth and black pepper. Pair this wine with flame-grilled eggplant and tomatoes or chicken skewers, served best at 15-16ºC. Drink within the next 4-5 years. Alc. 13.5%.
