Crafted at the Matsui Distillery in the scenic backdrop of Mt Daisen, Kurayoshi Whisky Cask 12YO is a testament to 108 years of Japanese distilling expertise. This small-scale craft whisky, one of the first Ji whiskies to grace Australian shores, is matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels. The result is a harmonious blend of rich nutty aromas and malt, balanced by a delicate interplay of tartness and sweetness. A subtle smoky undertone adds complexity, all thanks to the pristine waters of Mt Daisen.
