Aged in the same barrels and oaks which his grandfather Georges Roumier used. De-stemming the grapes makes the wine immediately perfumed and accessible in their youth. Thus creating a well-balanced, firm, polished structure making it a wine that will age classically in your cellar. Enjoyed this wine with beef and veal dishes.
