The Penfolds Grange 2011 is 100% Shiraz grape matured for 17 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads. This full-bodied wine is known to the be one of the finest reds from the South Australian 2011 vintage. Flavours of black olive, shaved truffle, vanillin, boot polish, cola, ristretto coffee marries fruit, oak, and tannin in a harmonious balance. This vintage is recommended to be enjoyed now or in 2045 with a more evolved taste.
