The Penfolds RWT 2015 is from the South Australian region Barossa Valley. The shiraz wine is matured for 16 months in French oak hogsheads (83% new, 17% 1-y.o.). the aroma offers layered elements of first freshly sliced panforte then scents of sweet Moroccan spice and roasted almonds. Opens on the palate with saturated flavours of red and blue-berried fruits infused with cedary French oak. You should enjoy this wine now till 2035.
