Yamazaki 12-Year-Old is the pioneer of Japanese whisky, originating from Japan's first distillery established in 1923. Its refined taste comes from ripened fruit aromas and sweet vanilla fragrance, courtesy of malt whiskies aged in white oak, sherry, and mizunara casks. This 100% malted barley expression is created in copper pot stills and aged in American, Spanish, and Japanese oak casks, producing a full-bodied yet elegant whisky with floral notes, citrus, spice, and a lingering finish of dried fruits and wood.
